Mussels

Calamari

Cray fish

Pangasius fish

Olive oil 50ml

Onions 70g

Leeks 70g

Garlic 3 gloves

Celery 2 stalk

Tomatoes

Water 250ml

Bay leaves 5

Thyme to taste

Salt to taste

Chilli 1 large

Fish spice to taste

Préparation

Everything must be very clean especially the prawns and musssels make sure that it clean

Get a large bowl and you add all "the fruit de la mer" in a bowl

Add all the ingredients

Add water

Add the food into a foil and put to boil for between 1h30 - 2h00
